Edit: Made it a little brighter and made purple/blue more distinct. Added wings to emote.

I'm submitting to the beginner category because emotes are still relatively new to me :shrug: Haven't made many, and I hope to make more.

This took a really long time for me, a few days (and I still may edit it -.-), but what I love most about Van Gogh is that he kind of had a very flowy style and I chose to do this because I really wanted to challenge myself with the sky as I think it's my favorite part of it :XD:

It is thought that Van Gogh symbolizes religion and there is an spiritual being looking over a small town in an isolated area. Which is how I got the idea for the emote. The emote is a star/angel type of character who is looking over the town :)

Ah love this, delightful pixel art. What a nice way to revision old classic art. One of my favorites bu Gogh too, so you know I just adore this theme. the little animation makes it pop and stand out.

I love how detailed and mystical the sky is, although I think the flying emote's animation is a bit rough.
